DALL·E 2 is an open AI that generates realistic images and art completely based off of Artificial Intelligence by using descriptions written in natural language. DALL·E 2 is able to take simple text descriptions and generate stunning photo realistic images that have never existed before. It is able to combine concepts, attributes, and styles that will produce mind blowing photos in just seconds. DALL·E 2 is also able to make realistic edits to existing images from a natural language caption. It can add and remove elements while taking shadows, reflections, and textures into account. Not only can you effortlessly “Photoshop” any photo you choose, DALL·E 2 can also take an image and create many different variations of it inspired by the original.
DALL·E 2 has learned the relationship between images and the text used to describe them. It uses a process called “diffusion”, which starts with a pattern of random dots and will gradually alter the patterns towards an image when it recognizes specific aspects of that image.
